Starting a CPH project is effortless! Simply fill out our quick quote request form with your project details and logo to get paired with a dedicated personal designer.

  1. Design & Quote: Receive a free digital design mockup and custom quote. Work 1-on-1 with your designer to tweak artwork until it’s 100% perfect.
  2. Invoice & Payment: Once you love the mockup, request your invoice and securely submit payment.
  3. Physical Patch Approval: About 1-3 weeks after payment, you will receive a high-res photo proof of your physical patch sample or direct embroidery to review.
  4. Production & Delivery: After your final stamp of approval, we manufacture, quality-check, and ship your custom hats straight to your door.

Our minimum order quantity starts at just 24 for custom hats.

You can mix and match different headwear and apparel styles or colors to meet your 24-piece minimum as long as your patch design stays the same. Additionally, for apparel-only orders, we do have a minimum of 12 per style in any variety of sizes.

Yes! You can mix and match hat styles, colors, and fits in multiples of 12 per variation. For example, a 24-hat order can be split into 12 charcoal Richardson 112 trucker hats and 12 black Richardson 112 truckers. Or even 12 trucker hats and 12 rope hats. As long as your patch artwork remains identical, you still qualify for our tier-based bulk discounts.

Turnaround times generally range from 2 to 6 weeks after payment. This depends on your patch style. For precise current production schedules, check our quote form. For rush timelines, you can coordinate directly with your personal designer.

Yes, though most of our clients skip physical samples and jump straight into full orders with total confidence. Because you get a free digital mockup upfront, a high-res photo proof of your physical patch before bulk production, and guidance from a dedicated designer, you always know exactly what you’re getting.   • Custom Sew-Out Samples: Get a physical hat made with your exact logo. Production takes ~5 weeks and costs around $100–$250 per sample (with free contigious U.S. shipping). When you move forward with a full bulk order, we credit 75% of your sample cost toward your final invoice.
  • CPH Sample Hats: To feel materials and test fits, order a sample hat from our shop featuring our standard CPH patches. These ship out within 2 to 3 business days.
