I am very picky and they worked with me to make sure that the patch was exactly what I wanted before sending them to production. Once the hats arrived, I was sad to see that the box was damaged in shipping, and four of the hats were also damaged. I emailed the company and they immediately responded, saying they were going to ship four new hats at no cost. I was very impressed with their customer service - the damaged box was in no way their fault and yet they went above and beyond to fix the problem.
