Your gear is custom-made and one-of-a-kind. As soon as you pay your invoice, we commit to producing your entire project. If there are errors, we are always happy to make things right.
Returns/Refunds: If your product does not meet our standards, is incorrect, or is defective, we are happy to work together to find a solution. Please reach out to us with any questions.

Due to our made-to-order process, items that are returned for a refund are subject to a restocking fee of $7 that will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges for different sizes or items of the same value are completely free.
- Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of $7.
- All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the product appears to have been worn.
- Returns/exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item(s) at our headquarters.
