CUSTOM WHOLESALE ORDERS

At CPH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are made-to-order and personalized, by accepting your order with us, we commit to producing the entire project. However, if there are errors with your order, we are always committed to making things right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Defective Items: If you would like to return or exchange a non-defective item, (not satisfied with patch artwork, how the hat looks in general, etc…) it must be in its original condition and packaging. You may return or exchange it within 60 calendar days from the date of your order.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please Contact Us with your order number and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will respond promptly and work with you to resolve the concern in a thoughtful and timely manner. Please note that returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are unused and in original condition.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged. If your return meets the criteria, we will process your refund or replacement as soon as possible.

Wrong Item Received/Unsatisfied: Exchanges can be made within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges after this period. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.

SINGLE HATS/CPH MERCH

Due to our made-to-order process, items that are returned for a refund are subject to a restocking fee of $7 that will be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchanges for different sizes or items of the same value are completely free.
  • Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of $7.
  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the product appears to have been worn.
  • Returns/exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item(s) at our headquarters.
