Two Key Partnerships Enabling Us To Make An Impact For Our Planet
Since our inception, we’ve wanted to find a way to give back, reverse our environmental impact,
and make a positive impact in the places we value most.
We’re finally able to make that happen as of October 1st, 2021.
We’re lucky being in Raleigh. We have a foot in both worlds:
the mountains and forests to the west, and the coastal marshes and beaches to the east.
We even get a little swamp land in between.

The unique geography of our state allows for some incredible
recreational opportunities, something we get pretty excited about.
That’s why when we started looking at environmental initiatives,
we felt drawn to both One Tree Planted and SeaTrees.
What we love about both organizations is that they’re not just advocating or lobbying for change,
they’re making change happen. They’re proactively contributing to the environments
that need help by planting trees and kelp and mangroves. These are organisms
that give and secure and grow and redefine the environments they’re in.

For every paid order that we receive and process, we plant 1 tree or 1 square foot of kelp.
This adds up, and we project that over the next year, we’ll plant several
thousand trees and square feet of kelp. If we’re really lucky, we might double the amount in our second year.
And we owe it to you, our incredible customers who trust us to make the
hats they wear every day, the hats that carry their brand and ethos
throughout the world. We don’t take that responsibility lightly.
