Our lifeguard hats are made of 100% natural straw. It’s a lightweight, natural fiber that breathes incredibly well, keeping your crew comfortable even when temperatures soar. Beyond the classic, professional look, the wide brim provides full, 360-degree sun protection for the face and neck, making it a game-changer for outdoor teams.

With a custom patch, of course! A patch ensures your logo stays clean, legible, and prominent on the hat’s surface. You can choose from fabric patches (like classic embroidered or high-detail woven), rugged leather patches, or thick 3D PVC rubber patches that add a bold, modern dimension.

We are not able to do direct embroidery onto straw hats because the material simply doesn’t allow for it. Similarly, cheap heat-press glues fail and peel off in the summer heat. Instead, we hand-stitch every single patch right here in North Carolina. This takes a specialized touch, but it guarantees a permanent, premium bond that will never budge on the job site.

Since straw is a natural fiber, it reacts to its environment. You can definitely prolong the life of your hat by storing it in a cool, dry spot out of direct sunlight when the workday is done. We know your crew works hard, so if the hat gets dirty, just wipe it gently with a damp cloth to keep it looking sharp.

While we can’t print your specific custom logo onto the underbill fabric, we partner with trusted brands to offer awesome built-in underbill patterns. Depending on the style you choose, you can grab patriotic flags, duck camo, Mossy Oak camo, or fun visuals like tropical florals. It’s an incredible way to add a high-end finishing detail that makes your gear stand out.
