  • Initial Proof: Delivered within 1–3 business days.
  • Production & Delivery: Typically 2–6 weeks following your final design approval.

Because turnaround times vary by customization type, you can get the most accurate, up-to-date timeline directly from your designer. If you are on a tight deadline, rush options are available, and your designer can help with that as well.

For example, if you hit our 24-hat minimum, you can split your order into 12 charcoal Richardson 112 trucker hats and 12 black Richardson 112 trucker hats. You can even mix styles completely—like doing 12 custom Richardson 112 trucker hats and 12 classic custom dad hats. As long as the patch artwork stays exactly the same, you can mix it up and still take advantage of our bulk discounts.
